Encourage U maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect through our services against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.

Our administrative safeguards include implementing, maintaining, and training employees on company policy, privacy, and information security policies and procedures. Our physical and technical safeguards include maintaining the physical security and standards to protect all company systems and data along with a cybersecurity program overseen by our internal department.

All program transactions will be taken place via direct deposit or over the phone using secured payment systems. If you would like to know what payment systems we will be using please do not hesitate to ask. We will never ask for personal information outside of the scope of business. We have opted out of website payment systems for further account protection for all parties.

Encourage U Productions to understand the importance and Anonymity and Confidentiality and will never sell, share, or disclose any and all information provided to us from all clients and students. We do hold ourselves to a higher standard and therefore we are voluntarily mandated reporters (VMA).

VMA- We will report any event, situation, or circumstance that may endanger, harm, or injure others or self, including but not limited to death, abuse, suicide, crimes against children, women, or any other vulnerable population. Encourage U is about helping someone enhance the value of their life and/or recovery NOT therapy, psychology, psychotherapy, or any other regulated field in the USA.

Encourage U Productions and employees are not Licensed, Therapists or counselors. We are not Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselors and We are not Financial Advisors. Any and all information provided by Encourage U productions SHALL not lead otherwise. All information that projects this perception, SHALL be reported to Encourage U for immediate review and due process. Encourage U Production content is based on Christian concepts and foundations, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Leadership Coaching Values. The real foundation of EU productions was developed and nurtured through faith-based groups, programs, and services. The name Encourage U refers to the program founder's spiritual gift (Encouragement) from his following of Jesus Christ and lives a lifestyle of Faith.
